Processing

For us to receive orders online or by email, print confirmation invoice on A5 80 gsm Bond White Paper, pick and pack items into packaging material, seal then insert picking/packing confirmation invoice into a plastic pocket (we supply), adhere to package, and prepare and lodge with Australia Post, the fees quoted on our website apply:

Please note that all prices (AUD$ Australian Dollars), including postage, are subject to the addition of 10% GST.

Receiving

All stock delivered to Auship Logistics should be accompanied with the appropriate documentation stating product description, quantity, number of cartons and who the product is sent by. Failure to provide this information may result in delays.

All processing and dispatch will be completed within the same day or within a twenty-four hour period, from receipt of stock and / or receipt of emailed orders.

Postage and/or Freight Distribution payment is due (7) days from date of invoice. A service fee will be added to the postage. This fee will be waived, if payment is made within seven days.

Processing payment is due thirty (30) days from date of invoice.

Mechanical processing rates are estimated upon components being supplied in a format and condition suitable for mechanical mailing equipment i.e. see "Packaging" for details. Rates are subject to alteration should components fail to meet specifications.
